If you are looking for a salesperson with web development and SEO background you may want to attend one of the many conferences held in both the US and Canada. This has worked for me in the past. Far better and faster than placing ads in the newspaper or on the online career and job posting sites. I’ve wasted more time going the traditional route (placing ads) than I care to think about. But I’ve found great employees and consultants at the larger conferences. A couple to consider… IPSCON which is this month in San Jose, CA
or the Search Marketing Expo in New York which is also this month
